The Tanya, also known as Sefer Shel Beinonim—The Book of the Everyman, is a profound work that combines Kabbalistic wisdom with practical guidance for daily life. It offers advice on how to cultivate self-discipline, develop emotional resilience, and find peace in knowing that internal struggle is a meaningful part of our spiritual journey.
