Intro to Chabad Chassidic Philosophy—a new Torah class with Mushka

We will be delving into the Tanya, the foundational text of Chabad Chassidic philosophy. The Tanya, also known as Sefer Shel Beinonim—The Book of the Everyman, is a profound work that combines Kabbalistic wisdom with practical guidance for daily life. It offers advice on how to cultivate self-discipline, develop emotional resilience, and find peace in knowing that internal struggle is a meaningful part of our spiritual journey.
